A must have for any Guitar rock lover. Straight up Rock. These guys are awesome. All three G3 DVD’s are worth twice the money. After receiving the first G3 I bought 3 more (dad and two brothers) and 4 of the other two (me, dad, and brothers).I love them all. Keep on Rock’n
5 Stars And Then Some
After reading some of the other reviews I really don’t have much more to add. However in my opinion it’s as good as the other’s have said and then some. I own three of these 3G concert versions, and this is my favorite because of the jam at the end with all three. It’s too bad they didn’t make that a tridition with all three, but the other two are damn good and well worth purchasing on their own merit….A good collection to own if you’re in to exteremly hot guitar licks….
5 Stars Eric Johnson’s solo…
During the song “My guitar want’s to kill your mama”, Eric Johnson’s solo has totally blown me away!! very impressive musical creativity!
5 Stars Classic Jam DVD
For the guitar junkie, this is one of the finest DVD’s around. If you consider yourself a fan of any of the three guitarists, this is pretty much a must-have (and since most Vai fans are also Satch fans, doubly so.)
As far as the G3 jam goes, I would say G3 Denver and G3 Tokyo surpass it, but “My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama” is irresistable.
5 Stars The first of 3 awesome concerts
Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Eric Johnson each appear to lay down some incredible tunes that only people of their talent can do. Then, the 3 join together and play some old favorites. This is a great one, especially for the price! Check out the other 2 G3 concerts, they are just as good.
